FIFA do not actually directly rank club teams like they do with national teams. Instead, club teams are typically ranked by independent organizations or publications, such as the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) or the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). These rankings often consider factors such as team performance in domestic and international competitions, including league titles,  cup wins, d continental success.

6) How does the FIFA transfer window work?

The FIFA transfer window is a designated period during which clubs can buy and sell players.  The transfer window varies depending on the country and the league, but there are typically two main windows: the summer transfer window, and the winter transfer window. During these designated transfer times clubs can negotiate and complete transfers with other clubs.
