Boasting some of the world's top players, the Premier league has been having yet another exciting season. With thrilling games, controversial decisions, and world-class atmospheres the 2023-2024 season will certainly be one to remember. As we approach this season’s final matches, the title race has been narrowed down to three teams. Let’s breakdown the chances each team has of winning it all this year.
Arsenal (Currently 1st)
Despite dropping a devastating 2-0 loss to Aston Villa, Arsenal bounced back this past weekend, moving into first place. The Gunners have arguably the best center back duo in the league, as well as a dangerous attacking force, with Saka and Martin Odegaard. While they are sitting on top of the table, they are one game ahead of competitor Man City. Their upcoming game against Chelsea will be a key indicator as to whether this team can truly win the title. However, Chelsea is not the only challenge that lies ahead for the Gunners. They will also face Tottenham and Manchester United. Ultimately, Arsenal will need to be at their absolute best heading into these final games to stay in the lead.
Liverpool (Currently 2nd)
While Liverpool also finds themselves one game above Man City, they have a much easier schedule ahead of them. Although they had an impressive win over Fullam last weekend, their prior loss to Crystal Place may have put an end to their title hopes. With world-renowned manager Jurgon Klopp paring ways with the club after this season, this seems to be their last chance to win with this era of Liverpool. It's safe to say the team must win the remainder of their games. However, this may not be enough, and they will certainly need luck on their side.
Manchester City (Currently 3rd)
One of the world’s best clubs, Manchester City is looking for yet another Premier League title. After a devastating loss to Real Madrid in the Champions League, City is hungry for a championship. With strong talent, Erlin Haaland along with leader, Kevin Debruyne, this team will be difficult to beat in the final games of the season. While Man City find themselves in 3rd place, they are a game behind their predecessors. It looks like City may be able to run away with it in the coming weeks, considering their easier schedule and top form. Yet, anything can happen, and this title race will definitely be exciting.
